Members donate flowers and other objects of beauty for our altar every Sunday.

Greeters warmly welcome everyone to Sunday service, pass out hymnals and assist visitors.

Set-Up
People who volunteer for set-up come early to arrange chairs, the altar, and stay late to put everything away.

Hospitality
Members rotate bringing refreshments and setting them up on Sundays.

Sunday Order of Service Program
The Order of Service is compiled and produced for every Sunday service.

The worship committee oversees all aspects of the Sunday morning services and provides Worship Associates to lead the service.

Choir
The choir practices on Wednesday evenings and before services. All are welcome!

Religious Education Activities
Children’s Religious Education
Children’s RE, the church school program, meets every Sunday for children, infants to age 12. The teens meet later on Sunday afternoons twice a month. We have a combined program using both paid and volunteer staff.

Solstice/Equinox
We hold special celebrations with a pot luck dinner to mark the seasons.

Video/DVD Discussions
Once a month we view a video or DVD and discuss it.

Fellowship Committees
Board of Trustees
The Board meets monthly to do the business of the congregation. The congregation elects the board members every spring.

Canvass/Pledge Drive
New members may pledge when they join and then every spring we hold a canvass/pledge drive to fund our operating budget for the upcoming church year.

Circle Suppers
Fellowship members rotate between each other’s homes every other month to enjoy a meal together.

Committee on Ministry
The Committee on Ministry interfaces with and supports our settled minister.

Denominational Affairs
There are camps, conferences and workshops available at the district and national level.

Finance
The finance committee contacts other committees to find out their anticipated needs and then assesses anticipated income and generates the annual budget proposal.

This committee sets goals and objectives for upcoming years.

The membership committee follows through on visitors and new members.

Nominating Committee for Board
The nominating committee is composed of outgoing board members and additional members from the congregation at large to staff the Board of Trustees and to find officers to lead the Board.
